NOVELTY - The tire (100) has a carcass (10a) that is provided with a resin layer (110), and a graphene layer (120) is provided on the resin layer. A light-weight membrane structure is provided with another resin layer (130) that is formed on the graphene layer. The graphene layer is continuously formed as a single layer by an ultrasonic spray device that sprays a dispersion containing a graphene material in the form of an aerosol to the former resin layer continuously provided through a supply roller. The resin layers pass through a drying device for drying the dispersion. The carcass comprises a rubber layer to cover the resin layers. USE - Heat dissipation performance featured pneumatic tire for vehicle i.e. car. ADVANTAGE - The weight of the tire is reduced. The heat dissipation performance is improved.
