NOVELTY - Aqueous spray glue comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol, 10-16 pts. wt. polycarbonate diol, 10-16 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene, 15-25 pts. wt. 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 7-15 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 1-2 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 1-4 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-7 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.05-1 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - The aqueous spray glue is useful for bags and handbags, leather product, adhesive, canvas, fabric, cardboard, aluminum-plastic plate, and nylon belt. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous spray glue: has good mechanical property, hydrolysis resistance, not easy for yellowing, and good stability; adopts zero volatile organic compounds emission; is environmentally friendly; has reliable safety with good social and economic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous spray glue comprising (1) adding polypropylene glycol after dehydration treatment, polycarbonate diol, adding hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene into the reaction container, adding 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and methyl methacrylate, dropping dibutyltin dilaurate, heating to 80-85 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, cooling to 70- 75 degrees C, adding 1, 4-butanediol, trimethylolpropane, modified graphene oxide and acetone, stirring and reacting for 1.5-2.5 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding triethylamine to neutralize, and (2) adding the kaolin into the ethanol solution of silane coupling agent, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours, adding with antioxidant, plasticizer into the reaction system, emulsifying and dispersing for 60-90 minutes, vacuum extracting and distilling to remove acetone to obtain the aqueous polyurethane adhesive.
