▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyimide/inorganic material composite aerogel thermal insulation layer is prepared by using 50-1500 pts. wt. inorganic material, 1-100 pts. wt. polyimide ungelled organic solution, and 1-300 pts. wt. organic dispersion solvent as raw materials, uniformly dispersing and mixing, pouring to a mold to gel, curing to obtain an inorganic material/polyimide wet gel composite system, and drying to obtain the product, where the thermal insulation layer is in the shape of a sleeve. USE - The polyimide/inorganic material composite aerogel thermal insulation layer is used for smoking utensil, preferably small heating device such as heat-not-burn smoking device for thermal insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide/inorganic material composite aerogel thermal insulation layer has heat resistance, flame retardancy, low thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength, is economical, easy to process and form and stable in shape, and ensures no powder drop.
