NOVELTY - A fluorescent adhesive comprises 10-30 pts. wt. fluorescent powder, 70-90 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated polyether organic silicone modified epoxy resin, 1-4 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent modified fumed silica, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 3-9 pts. wt. toughener. USE - Fluorescent adhesive used as packaging material for white light LED. ADVANTAGE - The fluorescent adhesive has high toughness, and thermal aging resistance after curing, and uses modified epoxy resin having high flexibility and aging resistance. Graphene is introduced as a filler, the fumed silica modified by the silane coupling agent is used as an anti-settling agent, which can effectively improve the quality of the fluorescent adhesive, and retain the light efficiency performance of the white LED even after being used for long time.
