NOVELTY - Biomass carbon/graphene flexible composite film comprises silk fibroin material which contains graphene oxide, biomass carbon/graphene composite flexible film spinning solution of activator which is prepared by static spinning technique and high temperature carbonization and activation of material to nitrogen, porous, flexible set together. The ratio of biomass carbon and graphite is (0.5-9):1. The specific surface area is 1850-2740 m2/g. The nitrogen content is 3.6-9.4%. USE - Biomass carbon/graphene flexible composite film. ADVANTAGE - The biomass carbon/graphene flexible composite film has excellent power performance, specific capacity, and exhibits long cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing scope, which involves: (A) adding 1-10 wt.% silk fibroin aqueous solution with 1-10 wt.% oxidized graphene aqueous solution, stirring, adding solvent and activator, putting mixed solution at 50-80 degrees C in water bath, stirring for 1-15 hours till mixed solution to obtain silk fibroin/graphene/oxide activator spinning solution, spinning to obtain silk fibroin/oxidized graphene flexible composite fibrous membrane, where activator is potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, ratio of silk fibroin, activator and graphene oxide is (0.8-14.4):(0.9-30.8):1; (B) carbonizing composite fiber membrane at high temperature under protection of inert gas to obtain biomass carbon/graphene carbon film, and (C) adding mixture into hydrochloric acid aqueous solution with concentration of 1-5 mole/L to soak for 1-6 hours, soaking and washing by water repeatedly, drying for 80~120 degrees C for 8-15 hours to obtain biomass carbon/graphene composite flexible film.
