NOVELTY - High-ductility waterproof and anti-cracking composite mortar is prepared by adding 28-42 parts mass cement, 20-30 parts mass mineral powder, 20-35 parts mass silica fume and 40-60 parts mass quartz sand to a mixer, stirring at 200-300 rpm, drying for 3-5 minutes to obtain uniformly mixed dry powder, mixing 10-20 parts mass fiber and 8-15 parts mass magnesium phosphate whisker with 30-40 parts mass water, stirring, adding 8-16 parts mass carbon quantum dot solution, 0.8-1.2 part mass ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, 0.5-0.9 part mass water-reducing agent and 0.4-0.7 part mass water repellent, stirring at 200-300 rpm for 20-30 minutes, adding obtained mixed solution to the mixed dry powder, stirring at 200-300 rpm, wet-mixing for 5-10 minutes, and uniformly mixing. USE - High-ductility waterproof and anti-cracking composite mortar is used as building material. ADVANTAGE - The high-ductility water-proof crack-resistant composite mortar can reduce the porosity of the mortar after curing, so that the surface is smooth and uniform after solidifying the mortar, the particle density is high, after the mortar is solidified, the impermeability is improved, and it is good for improving mortar water resistance, enhancing the ductility of mortar, crack resistance and strength, and the mechanical property is stable. The use of water reducing agent, reduces the content of water in the mortar and is convenient for transportation of mortar and the use of the water, which not only saves the usage of water, but also saves energy in the transportation or transportation process, and reduces the production and transportation cost.
