NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide with high yield of fluorescent quantum, where the graphite sheets are used as the raw material that is oxidized, ultrasonically separated, modified, separated, cleaned and dried. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide with high yield of fluorescent quantum, where the graphite sheets are used as the raw material that is oxidized, ultrasonically separated, modified, separated, cleaned and dried, where the modification comprises that the graphene oxide obtained in the way of oxidizing and ultrasonically separating the graphite sheets and the thionyl chloride react in backflow for 24-72 hours in the nitrogen environment to obtain the intermediate acylation, chlorination and oxidization grapheme; the intermediate reacts with overweight alkylamine for 24-72 hours at 60-120 degrees C in the nitrogen environment to obtain the graphene oxide modified by alkylamine after the separation; the overweight alkylamine is in the mass not less than 50 times of the intermediate.
