NOVELTY - The method involves arranging a masking binder discontinuously on a substrate, and ultrasonically coating a carbon nanotube (CNT) and a graphene composite solution on the substrate on which the masking binder is arranged. A portion of the substrate coated with the CNT and the graphene composite solution on which the masking binder is arranged is peeled. The substrate including a printed portion coated with graphene composite solution and a non-coated portion is prepared. The substrate including the printed portion and the non-coated portion is cleaned with predetermined cleaning liquid. USE - Method for manufacturing transparent electrode panel (claimed) for refrigerator, cellular phone, display of TV and touch sensor.
