NOVELTY - Method for preparing thermally stable carrier of glucose oxidase based on graphene involves preparing graphene oxide, dispersing N,N- dimethylformamide and 50-120 mu l 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, heating mixture, centrifuging heated mixture, air-drying obtained product in a glassy carbon electrode, immersing electrode in aqueous solution of graphene oxide, obtaining activity of glucose oxidase using immersed electrode as working electrode, and eference electrode, and measuring glucose oxidase activity. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally stable carrier of glucose oxidase based on graphene (claimed) which is used in pharmaceutical and food. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare product with high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing thermally stable carrier of glucose oxidase based on graphene involves preparing graphene oxide by Hummers rule of law, dispersing N,N- dimethylformamide, 1-2 wt.% gold(III) chloride trihydrate, and 50-120 mu l 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, heating mixture at 90-120 degrees C for 8-24 hours, centrifuging heated mixture, air-drying obtained product in a glassy carbon electrode, immersing electrode in aqueous solution of graphene oxide, obtaining activity of glucose oxidase using immersed electrode as working electrode, and eference electrode, incubating working electrode at 100 degrees C for 5-60 minutes, and measuring glucose oxidase activity.
