NOVELTY - The method involves performing ultrasonic and microwave radiation treatment to the workpiece printed by FDM 3D, where the ultrasonic radiation treatment comprises ultrasonic treatment and microwave treatment. The FDM3D printing portion is soaked in the conductive ink to be ultrasonic so that the surface of the FDM3D printing portion is loaded with conductive carbon material. USE - Method for preparing of high conductivity FDM 3D printing portion used in electronics industry, conductive electrodes, sensors, and wearable devices. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient to operate, avoids the preparation of the complex composite wire, and the application of the FDM 3D printing in the field of the conductive functional device, and provides workpiece with high conductivity of fusion deposition molding (FDM) three-dimensional printing.
