▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The apparatus comprises a chamber comprising inlet and outlet portions, a substrate positioned within the chamber, a heating portion heating the substrate, and an alternating current supply unit supplying induced current to the heating unit for heating the substrate. A supply unit supplies the substrate to inside portion of the chamber in a roll state. A storage unit stores the substrate in the rolled state. A transferring roller transfers the substrate to a side of the heating unit. The heating unit comprises a current supply conducting wire surrounding the substrate. USE - The apparatus is useful for growing graphene (claimed) that is used in a display device. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus can efficiently heats the area of the substrate uniformly so as to successively form high-quality graphene in a cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The apparatus comprises a chamber comprising inlet and outlet portions, a substrate positioned within the chamber, a heating portion heating the substrate, and an alternating current supply unit supplying induced current to the heating unit for heating the substrate. A supply unit supplies the substrate to inside portion of the chamber in a roll state. A storage unit stores the substrate in the rolled state. A transferring roller transfers the substrate to a side of the heating unit. The heating unit comprises a current supply conducting wire that surrounds the substrate. A temperature sensor is located within the chamber. A controller controls the supply unit based on the sensed value of the sensor.
