NOVELTY - Antistatic and flame-resistant reinforced toughened nylon composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. nylon matrix resin, 15-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, 18-25 pts. wt. flame retardant, 6-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 6-10 pts. wt. antistatic masterbatch and 3.5-6.4 pts. wt. composite additive; the antistatic masterbatch comprises 65-85 pts. wt. nylon resin, 15-30 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-5 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as antistatic and flame-resistant reinforced toughened nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The nylon composite material impact strength material and the tensile strength are high, so that the nylon composite material can simultaneously give attention to antistatic property, mechanical property, and flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic and flame-resistant reinforced toughened nylon composite material, comprising (A) mixing nylon resin, antistatic agent, lubricant and antioxidant based on the proportion and adding them into twin-screw extruder to obtain antistatic masterbatch through melt, and (B) mixing the antistatic masterbatch and composite additives prepared by nylon matrix resin, glass fiber, flame retardant, carbon fiber, based on the proportion and adding to the twin-screw extruder to obtain antistatic and flame retardant by melting granulation reinforced toughened nylon composite.
