NOVELTY - Preparing high-frequency transmission liquid crystal polymer (LCP) film, comprises (i)acetating monomers separately to obtain acetylated monomers; (ii) crushing high-temperature polymerization of acetylated monomer, phenolic resin, acetic anhydride and zinc acetate to obtain liquid crystal copolyester; (iii) mixing liquid crystal copolyester, inorganic filler, silane coupling agent and glass fiber ball mill to obtain a mixture, melting and plasticizing the mixture, cooling to form a film, stretch, wind, and slitting longitudinally and transversely simultaneously to obtain a high-frequency transmission LCP film, where, the monomer is at least one of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, acetylated 2-hydroxy-6-naphthoic acid, acetylated 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid and acetylated 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate. USE - The film is useful for electronics, electrical, optical fibers and 5G communications. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances its mechanical properties and reduce its dielectric loss; ensures LCP films with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss factor DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-frequency transmission LCP film, prepared by the method as mwntioned abovr, where thickness of the high-frequency transmission LCP film is 50-70 mum and the electric constant is lower than 2.6, and the dielectric loss factor is lower than 0.01.
