▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass by electrostatic adsorption comprises (1) directly oxidizing the high-quality graphene with an oxidizing agent including potassium permanganate to obtain a graphene oxide material having a uniform distribution of oxygen-containing groups; and (2) treating the glass piece with concentrated sulfuric acid/hydrogen peroxide solution and then silanized with (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane (APTMS), the surface of the glass will be formed into ammonia (NH3+), coating the surface of the glass with graphene oxide material by wire bar coating method and reduction of graphene oxide with hydriodic acid to obtain graphene glass. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene glass by electrostatic adsorption. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepares the graphene oxide material with uniform distribution of oxygen-containing groups, and overcomes the heterogeneity of the distribution of oxygen-containing groups caused by the gradual oxidation from the outer layer to the interior during the preparation of the conventional graphene oxide, under the electrostatic adsorption the graphene oxide having a uniform distribution of oxygen-containing groups can be closely adhered to the aminated glass, and the graphene film is not easily broken during the reduction process and has low requirements on equipment, and is suitable for industrial production.
