NOVELTY - A bacteriostatic constant pressure deoxidizer comprises 50-70 wt.% oxygen removal component, 15-25 wt.% carbon dioxide release component and 15-25 wt.% bacteriostatic component. The oxygen removal component comprises at least one of ascorbic acid, D-sodium erythorbate and D-calcium erythorbate and additive materials. The carbon dioxide release component comprises sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and embedded organic acid. The bacteriostatic component comprises sodium diacetate, alcohol and graphene. USE - Bacteriostatic constant pressure deoxidizer used in food packaging product for packaging bread, cake or rice and flour products (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three components of oxygen absorption, carbon dioxide release and antibacterial substance release are combined to achieve triple antibacterial protection effects. The deoxidizer prepared by the method has stable and controllable effect, widens the antibacterial spectrum to microorganisms, does not need to be added into food, has high raw material safety, does not influence the flavor of the food, and improves the food safety.
