NOVELTY - The method involves forming a transparent substrate with a conductive pattern. The conductive pattern is dipped with dispersed oxide graphene solution. The dispersed oxide graphene solution is coated on a surface of the substrate. The conductive pattern is included with a predetermined metal. A ring unit is fixed on the conductive pattern and made of oxide graphene. The transparent substrate is made of glass, ceramic, transparent plastic or synthetic resin. The conductive pattern is coated with a dispersing agent. USE - Method for fabricating a conductive pattern of a touch screen display device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables darkening the conductive pattern with oxide graphene, so that reflectivity and conductivity of the conductive pattern can be improved. The method enables simplifying structure of the conductive pattern, improving productivity and reducing manufacturing cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The dispersing agent is ultra-pure water or polar organic solvent that is selected from methylalcohol, ethyl alcohol, N-Methyl pyrrolidone, dimethylformamide or tetrahydrofuran.
