▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon modified titanium niobate material comprises (i) dissolving titanium source and niobium source in organic solvent, adding oxalic acid and stirring to obtain mixed solution, (ii) adding surfactant and graphene oxide powder or solution into mixed solution obtained in step (i) and mixing to obtain suspension, (iii) heating suspension obtained in step (ii) and then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain precipitate, then washing obtained precipitate and drying to obtain titanium niobate and graphene, (iv) dispersing composite precursor obtained in step (iii) in water, adding hydrogen peroxide and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain modified graphene coated niobium acid titanium composite material precursor substance, and (v) subjecting precursor obtained in step (iv) to heat treatment to obtain carbon-modified titanium niobate material. USE - The material is useful in lithium ion capacitor and cathode slurry (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high energy density, high power density, high rate, high pressure resistance, simple preparation process and low cost; and is easy to amplify. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) carbon-modified titanium niobate material is obtained by above method; (2) lithium ion capacitor comprising anode material, cathode material, solid electrolyte, aluminum shell or aluminum plastic sheet, where cathode material including copper foil and 70-95 wt.% cathode slurry, and cathode slurry including 1.5-15 wt.% conductive agent and 1.5-15 wt.% binder; and (3) cathode slurry comprising 70-95 wt.% titanium niobate composite material, 1.5-15 wt.% conductive agent and 1.5-15 wt.% binder.
