NOVELTY - Preparation of polypropylene composite nucleating agent comprises taking 0.5-1.5% pimelic acid and 1.5-2.5% calcium stearate in ethanol solution and graphene at mass ratio of 1:0.5-10, dispersing in solvent, ultrasonically cleaning 1-2 times at 70-90 kHz for 15-30 minutes each with 2-4 hours interval, stirring at 70-80 degrees C and 1000 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, washing with deionized water until pH is 6-7, oven drying at 40-50 degrees C, mixing with 0.05-0.2 wt.% polypropylene, molding and performing mechanical properties test. USE - Method for preparing polypropylene composite nucleating agent. ADVANTAGE - The composite nucleating agent has improved rigidity and toughness, and has high performance.
