NOVELTY - Graphene growth preparation device comprises a growth sedimentation chamber (1) and a cooling chamber (2). The inner side of the growth sedimentation chamber and the cooling chamber are provided with a conveying belt (3). The top part of the conveyor belt is placed with a substrate (4). The substrate is placed with graphene material (5). The growth sedimentation chamber is provided with a heating device and a cooling chamber for cooling. USE - Used as graphene growth preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device: improves the quality rate of graphene; and avoids the variation of the graphene when the device is switched.
