NOVELTY - A thermal conductive graphene device comprises graphene (11, 13) and metal foil (12) with thermally conductive component in which upper and lower surfaces produce protective film (10) and adhesive layer (14) which respectively serves as insulating protective layer and adhesive layer. USE - A thermal conductive graphene device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Device effectively improves thermal conductivity of metal foil so as to effectively improves electronic device, specifically consumer electronics thermal management device, increases the life of the chip, and improves consumption experience.
