NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly tire rubber material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. sulfonamide/carboxy-terminated liquid fluororubber polycondensate, 10-15 pts. wt. castor oil-based hyperbranched epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt. diacetone acrylamide/N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)methacrylamide/2-(vinyloxy)ethylamine/4-acyl-18-crown-6 copolymer, 15-25 pts. wt. fly ash, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene hollow nanofibers, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, and 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as environmentally friendly tire rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The tire rubber material has excellent environmental protection, fatigue resistance, mechanical mechanical properties, grip performance, wear resistance, air tightness and performance stability.
