NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polyaniline composite material comprises: (a) adding graphite oxide to aqueous acetic acid solution and stirring; (b) adding an aniline monomer to obtained graphite oxide/acetic acid mixed solution and ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes; (c) adding aqueous hydroiodic solution to the obtained mixed solution of aniline monomer-graphite oxide/acetic acid, adding aqueous ammonium persulfate solution and reacting the mixture at 0-60 degrees C; and (d) suction filtration of the obtained reaction product, washing the filtered product with deionized water and vacuum drying. USE - The process is useful for preparing graphene/polyaniline composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is capable of simply and rapidly preparing graphene/polyaniline composite material with high specific surface area, excellent reactivity, flexibility and good electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/polyaniline composite material comprises: (a) adding graphite oxide to aqueous acetic acid solution and stirring to dissolve to form oxidized graphite/acetic acid mixed solution, where the concentration of graphite oxide is 0.5-5 mg/ml; (b) adding an aniline monomer to the obtained graphite oxide/acetic acid mixed solution and ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes to obtain a mixed solution of aniline monomer-graphite oxide/acetic acid; (c) adding aqueous hydroiodic acid solution to the mixed solution of aniline monomer-graphite oxide/acetic acid, simultaneously dropwisely adding aqueous ammonium persulfate solution, reacting the mixture at 0-60 degrees C and continuously magnetically stirring the mixture for 4-24 hours; and (d) suction filtration of the obtained reaction product, washing the filtered product with deionized water and repeatedly washing with anhydrous ethanol and vacuum drying the washed product at 55-65 degrees C for 40-60 hours.
