NOVELTY - Brazing of aluminum or aluminum alloy involves feeding copper particles into chemical vapor deposition apparatus, evacuating, closing vacuum pump, introducing mixed gas of hydrogen and argon, introducing methane gas, performing chemical vapor deposition, terminating methane introduction, cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene/copper particle complex intermediate layer, placing intermediate layer between to-be-welded aluminum or aluminum alloy surface and other metallic materials, placing in vacuum brazing furnace, heat-preserving and cooling to room temperature. USE - Brazing of aluminum or aluminum alloy (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Brazing of aluminum or aluminum alloy involves feeding copper particles into a chemical vapor deposition apparatus, evacuating apparatus to a pressure of less than 10-5 Pa, closing vacuum pump, introducing mixed gas of hydrogen and argon at flow rate of 20-100 standard cubic centimeters per minute (sccm), adjusting pressure of chemical vapor deposition apparatus to 105 Pa, heating at 800-900 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, increasing temperature to 920-1020 degrees C, introducing methane gas, performing chemical vapor deposition for 5-15 minutes, terminating methane introduction, cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene/copper particle complex intermediate layer, placing graphene/copper particle complex intermediate layer between to-be-welded aluminum or aluminum alloy surface and other metallic materials, placing obtained product in a vacuum brazing furnace, evacuating furnace to 3-8x 10-3 Pa, heat-preserving for 5-15 minutes and cooling to room temperature.
