▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-carbon composite cathode material, comprises (i) dissolving resin in organic solvent, adding conductive agent, stirring and dispersing evenly, then adding nano-silicon, mixing and dispersing evenly, filtering, and drying to obtain modified nano-silicon powder, (ii) curing and crosslinking the modified nano-silicon obtained in step (i), cooling, heating to high temperature with a certain heating rate under inert gas atmosphere, performing high temperature heat treatment, and crushing to obtain carbon-coated nano-silicon powder, (iii) adding the carbon-coated nano-silicon powder prepared in (ii) and the binder in certain amount to the fusion device for fusion to prepare a fusion body, and (iv) carbonizing the fusion body in (iii) under the inert gas atmosphere to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon-carbon composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts carbonization treatment which improves the electrical properties of material.
