▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Wire core comprises copper core and composite structures coated on surface of copper core. The composite structure is composed of graphene film, titanium metal layer and copper metal layer sequentially arranged away from copper core, where diameter of section of wire core perpendicular to signal transmission direction is 6-20 mm. USE - Used as wire core of conductive wire (claimed) i.e. parallel double-shaft cable, for digital communication in a high frequency communication field. ADVANTAGE - The wire core: has multi-layer structure alternately distributed graphene/titanium/copper on the outer layer of the conductive wire core, the structure effectively uses the composite between different properties of different layers of material, it can effectively reduce the resistance of the electric core, improve the conductivity, and the structure with excellent conductive ability is distributed on the inner layer of electric core. It effectively relieves and overcomes skin effect of current when high frequency signal transmission, at the same time, the layered structure of outer layer, due to the difference of conductivity between each layer and the presence of contact barrier, it overcomes the blocking and loss of current transmission caused by eddy current effect to a certain degree.
