NOVELTY - A modified polymer coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises anion composition, graphene, organic silicone modified aqueous epoxy resin, ethylene glycol, curing agent, and pure water. The component B comprises ethylene propylene diene monomer, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, carboxymethyl cellulose, potassium magnesium sulfate, phosphorus-containing aqueous fluorine modified acrylate emulsion, antioxidant, crosslinking agent, complexing agent, plasticizer, corrosion inhibitor and pure water. USE - Modified polymer coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified polymer coating is waterproof, and has prolonged service life and low toxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified polymer coating comprises component A and component B. The component A comprises 10-25 pts. wt. anion composition, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 8-9 pts. wt. organic silicone modified aqueous epoxy resin, 14-25 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent, and 32-45 pts. wt. pure water. The component B comprises 11-18 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer, 8-15 pts. wt. polyurethane, 21-26.5 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 1-2 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium magnesium sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. phosphorus-containing aqueous fluorine modified acrylate emulsion, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. complexing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor and 31-38 pts. wt. pure water. The weight ratio of component A to component B is 1:(2.5-3.5). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polymer coating comprising: (A) dispersing anion composition in pure water, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to form aqueous phase; mixing graphite, organic silicone modified aqueous epoxy resin, ethylene glycol and firming agent to form oil phase, mixing the aqueous phase and oil phase and performing high-speed shearing, adding it into the ultrasonic dispersion, putting the mixed material into a reaction vessel in the heating reaction, controlling the reaction temperature at 150-160 degrees C, and reacting until the mixture formed a solution state to obtain component A; (B) preparing ethylene propylene diene monomer, polyurethane, and polyvinyl acetate into high speed mixer, preheating at 85-95 degrees C, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes, stirring at 1500-2000 revolutions/minute, after cooling to room temperature, adding into pure water, homogenizing and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain pre-emulsified liquid; adding the magnesium sulfate, antioxidant, complexing agent, plasticizer and preservative into ultrasonic crusher, crushing at 200-300 W for 50-60 minutes to obtain the ultrasonic crushing mixture of the pre-emulsion aqueous fluorine modified phosphorus-containing acrylate emulsion, ultrasonic crushing the mixture into the reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 75-90 degrees C, stirring, continuously adding the crosslinking agent, stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain the component B; and (C) mixing the component A and component B at a weight ratio of 1:(2.5-3.5) to obtain the polymer coating.
