▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide powder modified by organic phosphate, is claimed. The organic phosphate in the powder is combined with the graphene oxide through an ester group. The powder is prepared by the following method: adding organic phosphate, graphene oxide and solvent into a three-necked flask connected with a water separator and a spherical condenser, mixing and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic, heating to 150±10°C for reaction, when the water separator is filled with liquid, releasing the liquid, adding xylene and solvent to the three-necked bottle, repeating the operation until the reaction is more than 5 hours, after the reaction is completed, reducing the temperature and cooling to obtain a suspension, separating the solid and liquid, collecting the solid and drying to obtain an organic phosphate-modified graphene oxide powder. USE - The powder is used as additive in ester lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The powder has good compatibility with the ester lubricating oil, and can undergo tribochemical reaction with the metal matrix to reduce friction. The powder is prepared by the following method: adding organic phosphate, graphene oxide and solvent into a three-necked flask connected with a water separator and a spherical condenser, mixing and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic, heating to 150±10°C for reaction, when the water separator is filled with liquid, releasing the liquid, adding xylene and solvent to the three-necked bottle, repeating the operation until the reaction is more than 5 hours, after the reaction is completed, reducing the temperature and cooling to obtain a suspension, separating the solid and liquid, collecting the solid and drying to obtain an organic phosphate-modified graphene oxide powder, where the organic phosphate is dibutyl phosphate and/or dioctyl phosphate, and the solvent is dimethylformamide or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), and adding xylene and solvent in volumes equal to the volume of liquid drained from the trap.
