NOVELTY - Graphene modified epoxy resin adhesive comprises component A including 100 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. benzoxazine resin, 5-15 pts. wt. 2-butoxyethanol, 20-30 pts. wt. nano mica powder, 1-1.6 pts. wt. nano zinc powder, 5-9 pts. wt. active diluent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. modified graphene and component B including 100 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine and 5-15 pts. wt. Mannich base curing agent. USE - Used as graphene modified epoxy resin adhesive comprising bisphenol A epoxy resin and diethylenetriamine. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: can be prepared easily; is easy to use; has high bonding strength; can resist the erosion of various chemical media during usage; has wear-resistant property which can resist the erosion of internal medium and ensures longer service life to pipeline or equipment; reduces the repair time of the pipeline or equipment being shut down; and saves production costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified epoxy resin adhesive comprising (i) (a) dispersing graphene oxide in N, N-dimethylformamide and stirring uniformly to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion, raising the dispersion temperature to 140-160 degrees C, adding 1-Methylimidazole into the dispersion and stirring continuously for 20-30 minutes, adding glycidyl tertiary carbonate in a drop wise manner into the solution for 30-60 minutes, allowing to react for 24-36 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering using suction, washing, drying and grinding the filtrate to obtain modified graphene, (b) weighing component A raw materials which are mentioned above, (c) adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, benzoxazine resin, 2-butoxyethanol, nano-mica powder, nanometre zinc powder and active diluting agent into a dispersion tank, dispersing continuously at a speed of 1000-2000 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes and (d) adding modified graphene into the to the dispersion tank, continuously dispersing at a speed of 2000- 4000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes to obtain component A, (ii) (p) weighing diethylenetriamine and Mannich base curing agent separately and (q) mixing uniformly to obtain component B and (iii) mixing uniformly component A and component B to obtain the product.
