▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of small pressure sensor based on organic silica gel/3D-graphene carbon nanocomposites comprises taking magnesium powder and liquid carbon disulfide, placing carbon disulfide liquid into vacuum furnace for high-temperature reaction, and preparing graphene-like carbon nanomaterial; etching interdigitated structure on copper-clad polyethylene terephthalate film by laser marking machine; and mixing polydimethylsiloxane liquid silica gel and carbon nanomaterial, stirring, removing air bubbles by vacuum drying oven, dropping liquid mixture material on interdigitated pattern region on copper-clad polydimethylsiloxane film, and curing in oven. USE - Method for preparing small pressure sensor based on organic silica gel/3D-graphene carbon nanocomposites. ADVANTAGE - The method increases conductive path. It has good sensor conductivity.
