NOVELTY - The method involves placing a substrate in a plasma enhance chemical gas phase depositing vacuum device. Pumping speed and heating speed of the vacuum device are regulated. Carbon source gas is introduced in the vacuum device. Gas rate flow of the carbon source gas is regulated. Inletting of the carbon source gas is stopped. Argon pneuma is continuously introduced in the vacuum device. Rate of flow of argon gas is adjusted. A radio frequency electric source and a heating power supply are closed under a pneuma atmosphere to form a graphene super capacitor electrode material.
