NOVELTY - A lithium supplement additive is a core-shell structure comprising a core component (10), and a shell layer (20) coated on the component (10). The component (10) is a lithium source core for replenishing lithium. The layer (20) is a functional packaging layer comprising a dense isolation packaging layer (22), which completely covers the lithium source core. USE - Lithium supplement additive used for positive electrode material of lithium-ion battery (all claimed) for electronic product and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The lithium supplement additive provides lithium ion battery with high capacity density, long circulation, high stability of the characteristics, and improved coulomb efficiency and battery capacity.
