NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises adding graphite oxide to deionized water at a mass volume ratio of 0.5-1 mg: 1 ml, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, adding aniline, ultrasonically mixing the suspension, lowering temperature at 0-10 degrees C, placing the suspension in hydrochloric acid and maintaining the pH value at 3-5, adding benzoyl peroxide, stirring for 12-20 hours, filtering, cleaning, drying to obtain oxidized graphene-polyaniline mixture, heating mixture to 750-1000 degrees C under oxygen-free atmosphere, incubating for 0.5-2 hours, and cooling. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene has high nitrogen content. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene comprises adding graphite oxide to deionized water at a mass volume ratio of 0.5-1 mg: 1 ml, ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, adding aniline, ultrasonically mixing the suspension, lowering temperature at 0-10 degrees C, placing the suspension in hydrochloric acid and maintaining the pH value at 3-5, adding benzoyl peroxide, stirring for 12-20 hours, filtering, cleaning, drying to obtain oxidized graphene-polyaniline mixture, heating mixture to 750-1000 degrees C under oxygen-free atmosphere, incubating for 0.5-2 hours, and cooling. The mass ratio of aniline and graphite oxide is 0.5: 0.4. The mass ratio of benzoyl peroxide and aniline is 0.005: 0.5-0.001: 0.4.
