▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method of chemically treating graphene material with high specific surface area by strong alkali, involves adding oxidized graphite to water, preparing strong alkali water solution, adding the strong alkali water solution to oxidized graphite suspension solution, stirring the mixture, filtering the agglomerated oxidized graphite suspension solution, drying the filter cake, sintering the dried solid particle or powder washing the obtained particle using water, and filtering and drying the product. USE - The method is useful for chemically treating graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method drastically improves specific surface area of the product as it prevents deterioration of nanomicropore on surface of the graphene. The graphene is reduced by high temperature treatment and hence has high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method of chemically treating graphene material with high specific surface area by strong alkali, involves (a) adding oxidized graphite (0.01-10 mg/ml) to water, treating the graphite for 2-3 hours by ultrasonic wave, and preparing strong alkali water solution (0.2-20 mol/l), (b) adding the strong alkali water solution to the oxidized graphite suspension solution, and stirring the mixture until the mixture forms agglomeration, where the mass ratio of the strong alkali to oxidized graphite is 1-50:1, (c) filtering the agglomerated oxidized graphite suspension solution, and drying the filter cake, (d) sintering the dried solid particle or powder at 700-1200 degrees C, and (e) washing the obtained particle using water, and filtering and drying the product.
