▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Barrier film composite (100) comprises a first barrier layer (110), a second barrier layer (120), a graphene layer (130), and a doped polymer layer (140), which are laminated. The first barrier layer comprises an inorganic material. The second barrier layer comprises an organic polymer material. The polymer layer is doped with an organic dopant. USE - Used as barrier film composite. ADVANTAGE - The composite exhibits excellent barrier properties, has simple preparation method which maintains the properties of graphene and avoids the inclusion of impurities, and includes doped polymer layer which controls the conductivity and improves stability of graphene layer, and protects the graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the barrier film composite, comprising (i) forming graphene layer by growing graphene on upper part of a metal substrate, forming the first barrier layer including the inorganic material at the upper part of the graphene layer, and laminating second barrier layer comprising the organic polymeric material to form a laminate; (ii) forming a hardening layer by applying heat or UV curable resin on the substrate, bonding the hardening layer to the upper part of the metal substrate of the laminate and curing by heat or UV irradiation; and (iii) removing the metal substrate.
