NOVELTY - Method for three-dimensional growth of tumor cells using graphene nanomaterials, involves (a) obtaining the culture flasks in which tumor cells are removed, and passing common adherent cells to the culture flasks to obtain cell suspension culture, (b) adding the cell suspension culture to new bottle, and adding serum to the culture, (c) adding graphene nanomaterials solution to new culture flask, (d) incubating culture, and observing three-dimensional growth of tumor cells, and (e) adding cell suspension to the graphene nanomaterials solution, and culturing medium. USE - The method is useful for three-dimensional growth of tumor cells using graphene nanomaterials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective.
