▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a fluorinated polyimide film. A laser irradiation step of irradiating a laser to surface of the polymer film. A graphene layer forming step of forming a microporous graphene layer on the surface of the polymer film by the laser irradiation. The fluorine-containing polyamic acid is a condensation product of a dianhydride. USE - Method for manufacturing a microporous graphene layer composite flexible electrode. ADVANTAGE - The composite flexible electrode is economical, and has excellent capacitance and energy density per unit area, and maintains flexibility suitable for flexible and wearable devices by forming a laser-induced microporous graphene layer on a portion of a film using fluorinated polyimide as a substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a microporous graphene layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram showing a process for preparing laser-induced microporous graphene and laser-induced graphene.
