▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyurethane glass primer comprises 5-25 pts. wt. polyurethane prepolymer, 2-15 pts. wt. composite nano material adhesion accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. water removing agent, 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. catalyst, and 60-85 pts. wt. solvent. The composite nano material adhesion accelerator is obtained by mixing 1-8 pts. wt. partial reduction oxidation graphene, 1-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 2-25 pts. wt. polyisocyanate oligomer. USE - The polyurethane glass bottom coating agent is useful for coating a glass substrate e.g. as automobile glass, and covering the glass edge surface by reaction injection molding technique. ADVANTAGE - The bottom coating agent combines the partial reduction oxidation graphene silane coupling agent with excellent performance of polyurethane, has fast surface drying, good film forming property, high bonding strength, and good storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the primer comprising under the protection of inert gas, mixing polyurethane prepolymer, composite nano material adhesion accelerator, water removing agent, and catalyst, dispersing uniformly in the solvent.
