▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-temperature corrosion-resistant steel comprises 0.002-0.015 wt. carbon, 0.2-0.5 wt. silicon, 0.2-2 wt. manganese, 4.0-6 wt. nickel, 14-18.2 wt. chromium, 1.5-3 wt. molybdenum, 0.02-0.05 wt. nitrogen, 0.2-1 wt. tungsten, 0-0.005 wt. sulfur, 0-0.02 wt. phosphorus, 7-8.5 wt. neodymium, 3.5-8 wt. gadolinium, 2.5-4.5 wt. yttrium and remaining of iron. USE - The corrosion-resistant steel is used for pipelines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses raw materials to increase rare earth elements neodymium, gadolinium and yttrium which makes full use of the physical and chemical properties of the rare earth elements in the steel, is conducive to enhance the corrosion resistance of the finished steel pipe, and sprays graphene anticorrosive coating on the exterior of the steel pipe at the end to further maximize the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high-temperature corrosion-resistant pipeline production process, involving (i) making the above-mentioned raw material into a tube blank through a cold rolling equipment, (ii) performing heat treatment on the finished tube blank, (iii) performing finishing processing of the tube blank, (iv) cleaning the pipeline, (v) inspecting the treated steel pipe and (vi) uniformly spraying the graphene anticorrosive paint on the pipeline.
