▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detection of butylhydroxyanisole involves uniformly dispersing to-be-tested sample, graphene quantum dots, potassium chloride and potassium persulfate in phosphate-buffered saline solution, detecting electrochemical fluorescence intensity using a three-electrode system, comparing the measured electrochemical fluorescence intensity to linear normalization equation, measuring content of butylhydroxyanisole in the sample based on electrochemical fluorescence intensity, and logarithm of concentration of butylhydroxyanisole at -2.1 V. The concentration of graphene quantum dots is 0.01 mg/mL. The concentration of potassium chloride is 0.09 mol/L. The pH of phosphate-buffered saline solution is 7. The concentration of potassium persulfate is 0.09 mol/L. The concentration of butylhydroxyanisole is 5x 10-6 to 1.6x 10-4 mol/L. USE - Detection of butylhydroxyanisole. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical detection of butylhydroxyanisole with high sensitivity and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene quantum dots in detection of butylhydroxyanisole.
