NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant coating involves using 20-27 pts. wt. polyurethane, 15-22 pts. wt. modified graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. mica, 2-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-570, 5-7 pts. wt. orthophosphate, 8-19 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 5-9 pts. wt. aluminum silicate, 25-35 pts. wt. acrylic-modified polyurethane and 15-26 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin. USE - Method for preparing wear-resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare wear-resistant coating with high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
