NOVELTY - Wearable device has a titanium substrate, MNs patch skin patch, graphene, SIS solution, microneedle array gate, rigid microneedle, probe, linker, biosensor. The titanium substrate is deposited on the surface of the MNs patch skin patch as a stretchable substance of an adhesive, and the graphene is a prepared single-layer, uniform graphene. The SIS solution is cast directly onto the backside of the prepared graphene at specific points. The rigid microneedles are immobilized on the rigid portion of the thickness gradient graphene electrode membrane, and the SIS substrate-integrated microneedle array (gate) is combined with the biosensor using silver paint. The probe is an antibody probe of cardiac troponin and myoglobin, and the linker is 1-pyrene butyric acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester. The biosensor introduces the myocardial protein in the interstitial fluid to specifically bind to the probe, and causes the potential change on the surface of the graphene.
