▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene reinforced flame retardant recycled polyester staple fiber is prepared by taking paris rhizome, crushing, adding 75-85 wt.% ethanol, extracting with combining extracts, concentrating, adding petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and saturated n-butanol, extracting respectively, taking ethyl acetate extract, purifying via macroporous resin, eluting with 50 wt.% ethanol, collecting eluate, concentrating, separating via normal phase silica gel and octadecyl silane bonded silica reversed-phase separation, eluting with 75 wt.% methanol aqueous solution, and collecting eluent. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene reinforced flame retardant recycled polyester staple fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has increased far infrared fiber mechanical property and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene reinforced flame retardant recycled polyester staple fiber is prepared by taking paris rhizome, crushing, adding 75-85 wt.% ethanol, extracting with combining extracts, concentrating, adding petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and saturated n-butanol, extracting respectively, taking ethyl acetate extract, purifying via macroporous resin, eluting with 50 wt.% ethanol, collecting eluate, concentrating, separating via normal phase silica gel and octadecyl silane bonded silica reversed-phase separation, eluting with 75 wt.% methanol aqueous solution, collecting eluent, concentrating, adding graphene solution and surfactant, stirring at 15-80 degrees C for 30-120 minutes, mixing, ultrasonicating, removing solvent, adding fiber masterbatch, mixing, drying at 90-140 degrees C, homogenizing for 10-25 minutes, filtering, melt spinning at 275-278 degrees C, drafting, cutting, and packing.
