NOVELTY - Blue nitrile-like PVC glove comprises PVC paste resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin, Formosa Plastics G powder, dioctyl terephthalate, polyester elastomer, liquid nitrile and/or blue paste. USE - As blue nitrile-like PVC glove. ADVANTAGE - The PVC glove has ultra-high elasticity, copes with the current demand for PVC gloves and changes in the requirements of the large market, makes up for the shortcomings of PVC materials relative to nitrile rubber and natural latex materials, and the appearance and wear of PVC gloves closer to nitrile gloves. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the blue nitrile-like PVC glove involving (i) taking the plasticizer, liquid nitrile, crosslinking agent and polyester elastomer, stirring at 500-600 rpm for 30-60 minutes until the mixture is uniform, (ii) placing it in the PVC paste resin, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate resin and Formosa G powder, stirring at 600-1000 rpm for 1-2 hours, adding the calcium-zinc stabilizer, white paste and blue paste, and continuously stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours, leaving still for 12 hours, adding the viscosity reducing agent and leaving it to defoam, and (iii) subjecting the mixture prepared in step (ii) to the steps of dipping and plasticizing by hand mold, dipping coating and crimping to obtain the product.
