NOVELTY - A platinum-catalyzed porous silicon-doped graphene gas sensor comprises a silicon base layer, a porous silicon layer, a catalytic layer of galvanized metal particles and graphene sensing area, where the silicon base layer has thickness of 0.8-1.2 mm, the porous silicon layer has thickness of 1.4-1.6 mm, the catalytic layer of galvanized metal particles has thickness of 10-14 mu m, the graphene sensing area has width of 0.8-1.2 mm, and the graphene sensing area is (0.8-1.2) x 5 mm2. USE - Platinum-catalyzed porous silicon-doped graphene gas sensor for detecting trace amount of hydrogen gas.
