▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing fabric comprises (i) measuring each raw material of inner layer and outer layer of fabric, drying inner layer and outer layer, and uniformly mixing, (ii) conveying inner layer raw material after mixing into single screw extruder to melt into inner layer mixed melt, (iii) conveying mixed outer layer raw material into twin-screw extruder and melting into outer layer mixed melt, (iv) conveying mixed melt to composite spinning machine, melt distributing, ejecting from composite spinneret to obtain filament with inner layer and outer layer structure, cooling by air blowing, oiling, stretching and wounding to obtain thermal insulation and antibacterial composite fiber, and (v) knitting or weaving composite fabric to obtain finished product. USE - The method is useful in preparing fabric for school uniform (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has thermal insulation and antibacterial property, high bacteriostatic rate, good bacteriostatic effect, good elasticity, good resilience, soft feel and comfortable to wear, good moisture absorption and perspiration, high tensile strength and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a bacteriostatic elastic school fabric to claim.
