▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene zinc oxide nanocomposite material comprises taking amino graphene as raw material and sponge as template to prepare three-dimensional amino graphene, placing the obtained three-dimensional amino graphene in zinc salt solution for crystal planting, and obtaining three-dimensional amino graphene in situ grown nano-zinc oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene zinc oxide nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: overcomes the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene and nano-zinc oxide, and controls the growth of nano-zinc oxide by controlling hydrothermal conditions. The zinc oxide nanocomposite material: has photoelectricity and mechanics, which can meet the application in different fields.
