The gypsum-based composite material is 15-40 pts. wt. 60-100 mesh of hydrophilic rubber particles, 60-85 pts. wt. phosphogypsum or desulfurization gypsums, 0.26-1.12 pts. wt. retarding water reducing agent, 30-50 pts. wt. water and 1-5 pts. wt. nano-airgel. The moisture-proof and mildew-proof gypsum self-leveling mortar is 100-120 pts. wt. phosphogypsum or desulfurized gypsum, 35-50 pts. wt. water, 0.26-1.12 pts. wt. retarding water reducing agent, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. waterproof agent and 0.1 to 0.5 pts. wt. mildew preventive. USE - The system is useful in building material i.e. organic floating floor system, house and concrete floor. ADVANTAGE - The system has no shrinkage, no reinforcement and has anti-cracking function. The floor system upper and lower layer bonding is firm, does not generate displacement, with good sound insulation, and has excellent heat preservation performance. The system volume stability is good, and solves the problem of organic floating floor slab hollow cracking problem. The self-heavy load of the floor is reduced, and the safety is improved. The hydrophilic rubber particles in the plasma atmosphere for processing under the specific parameter, and rubber particle surface can generate set of voids and micro-crack gap.
