NOVELTY - A liquid composite aerogel comprises a graphene-based three-dimensional skeleton, black phosphorus quantum dot supported on the graphene-based three-dimensional skeleton, and a nitrogen-containing ionic liquid. The quantum dots are wrapped within the ionic liquid. USE - Liquid composite aerogel is used in aluminum-ion battery, solar cell, lithium-ion battery, catalyst, water treatment application, optoelectronics and photothermal applications. ADVANTAGE - The liquid composite aerogel has high elasticity and electroconductivity, and excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of liquid composite aerogel, which involves mixing a solution comprising black phosphorus quantum dot and nitrogen-containing ionic liquid, and an aqueous solution of graphene oxide, adding a reducing agent, mixing, stirring, heating resultant mixture to 75-100 degrees C, reacting for 1-3 hours, removing excess reducing agent, processing resultant mixture with an organic solvent and deionized water, and freeze-drying resultant product.
