NOVELTY - Preparation of supercapacitor electrode involves mixing water-soluble transition metal salt solution and highly-dispersed graphene oxide mixed solution, reacting, obtaining transition metal salt/graphene oxide mixed solution, centrifuging, washing the resultant precipitate, re-dispersing in water, performing suction filtration process, drying, obtaining transition metal oxide/graphene oxide membrane, placing the membrane in a sealed high-pressure hot-water reactor containing aqueous ammonia solution and performing thermal reduction process. USE - Preparation of electrode used in preparation of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides supercapacitor electrode by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of supercapacitor.
