▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A three-dimensional electronic device comprises a polymer frame having Young's modulus which is lowered during thermal plasticization and stress lines for shape change are formed on one or both sides, and a flexible electronic device transferred to one side or both sides of the polymer frame in which the stress lines are formed. The stress lines are contracted by heat treatment and the polymer frame is changed into a three-dimensional shape. USE - Three-dimensional electronic device used for display, sensor, and communication device. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional electronic device has excellent flexibility which does not occur rupture even when the shape is deformed, and improved adhesiveness between the electronic device and the polymer frame. Since the polymer frame protects the deformation of the device, it prevents decrease in conductivity of the device and maintains electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the three-dimensional electronic device.
